ALL ACCESS has learned that CITADEL Alternative WRAX (100.5 THE X)/BIRMINGHAM will be flipping to Sports Talk WJOX tomorrow (11/29) at 5p. WRAX PD STEVE ROBISON and his staff were notified of the impending change today.
