At the same time, AGNUS DEI COMMUNICATIONS, INC. is selling noncommercial KSJP (LAMB RADIO)/IPSWICH, SD and K233BR/BROOKINGS, SD to REAL PRESENCE RADIO; the application filed with the FCC says that the sale contract and promissory note and security agreement are attached, but they are not available in the version posted to the FCC database. K233BR will rebroadcast KSTJ.
