OHIO broadcaster GUNTHER MEISSE is buying out his fellow shareholders in JOHNNY APPLESEED BROADCASTING CO., licensee of AC WVNO-F/MANSFIELD, OH, for an undisclosed price.
MEISSE, who owns Sports WRGM-A (SPORTSRADIO 1440)/ONTARIO-MANSFIELD, OH (20% owned by JOHNNY APPLESEED) and independent WMFD-TV-DT and WOHZ-LP/MANSFIELD, is buying out PHYLLIS and JOHN HIRE, ROBERT MABEE, CHRISTINE SCHWEIN, and ROSCOE WEBSTER and placing the stock in his revocable trust.
