WBCA/Mobile Sold

SOUTHERN MEDIA COMMUNICATIONS INC. sells Adult Standards daytimer WBCA-A/BAY MINETTE-MOBILE, AL to BUDDY TUCKER ASSOCIATION INC. for $300,000 plus a time brokerage agreement starting DECEMBER 1. The station's previous sale by SOUTHERN MEDIA to GULF COAST BROADCASTING was granted by the FCC in OCTOBER but not consummated. New calls of WTOF for the station are pending.

TUCKER also owns Religion WMOB-A/MOBILE and Religion WYND-A/DE LAND, FL. The seller owns Sports WNSI-F/ATMORE-MOBILE and controlling interest in its simulcast AM WNSI-A/ROBERTSDALE-MOBILE.
