KUUB Stages Adopt-A-Troop Drive

3rd Annual Drive Announced

LOTUS RADIO Country KUUB (CUB COUNTRY)/RENO morning stars, TIM, MALAYNA and TIM presented their third annual "ADOPT-A-TROOP" drive. 

They adopted military troops that are stationed overseas and were asking listeners to donate DVDs, CDs, etc., for the troops to receive. In three weeks they raised 1,600 DVDs, CDs, books and phone cards. School kids also sent letters, and hopefully the troops will receive the "huge-mungo" boxes before CHRISTMAS.
