THURSDAY's filings in the FCC database included a single station transaction, the donation of an OKLAHOMA LPFM, but no other new transactions.  There were, however, several applications for Special Temporary Authority.

AVC COMMUNICATIONS, INC. has applied for an STA to operate Classic Rock WBIK(CLASSIC ROCK 92.1)/PLEASANT CITY, OH with 80% of licensed power due to hardware failure.

iHEARTMEDIA's CAPSTAR TX, LLC (debtor-in-possession) has requested an STA to operate Classic Rock WDVE/PITTSBURGH with higher digital HD RADIO power; the station is a grandfathered superpower station and as such did not qualify for an automatic HD power increase to 4% of analog ERP, and is requesting a boost from 1% to 3.273%.

TOWNSQUARE MEDIA SIOUX FALLS LICENSE, LLC has filed for an STA to operate Top 40 KKLS-F (HOT 104.7)/SIOUX FALLS, SD with reduced height and power after its tower partially collapsed in ice and wind.

CUMULUS LICENSING LLC has applied for an STA to operate AC WNCV (COAST 93.3)/SHALIMAR-FORT WALTON BEACH, FL at an alternate location with reduced power and height while work is done on the licensed site and tower.

COMMUNITY WIRELESS OF PARK CITY, INC. has requested an STA to operate K220AY/HEBER CITY, UT at its construction permit site; the licensee inadvertently failed to file a license application before starting tests at the new site.

FLINN BROADCASTING CORPORATION has filed for a Silent STA for KPGF/SUN VALLEY, NV while it finalizes changes in programming and equipment.

The JOEL KINLOW estate has applied for a Silent STA for KLRG-A/SHERIDAN, AR due to equipment failure.

CROSSTEXAS MEDIA, INC. has requested a Silent STA for KCOX/JASPER, TX due to inadequate staffing.

MOUNTAIN COMMUNITY TRANSLATORS, LLC has filed for a Silent STA for K271CR/CASA GRANDE, AZ to address interference complaints from listeners to PHOENIX RADIO BROADCASTING, LLC Easy Listening KAHM/SPRING VALLEY, AZ.

And SPIRIT MEDIA has closed on the sale of K252FH/MOAB, UT to REDROCK RADIO GROUP LLC for $2,000 in forgiven debts.
