NEW SOUTH RADIO Country WUSJ (US 96.3)/JACKSON, MS has named RUSS WILLIAMS PD. He replaces former PD TOM FREEMAN, who moved on to MISSISSIPPI PUBLIC RADIO. WILLIAMS was most recently OM at CLEAR CHANNEL/TUSCALOOSA, where we was overseeing the cluster as well as handling day-to-day programming of Classic Rock WRTR.
