CMA Sets Broadcast Award Submission Window; CMA Award Voting Schedule

How To Submit And Vote

The COUNTRY MUSIC ASSOCIATION (CMA) has opened the window for broadcast award submissions in the Station Of The Year, Broadcast Personality Of The Year, and National Broadcast Personality Of The Year categories. Through 6p (CT) on SATURDAY, JUNE 30th, entries can be submitted here. All entries must reflect performances and events between THURSDAY, JUNE 1st, 2017 and THURSDAY, MAY 31st, 2018. The CMA has established a panel of judges comprised of distinguished radio and industry professionals who will view and evaluate each entry online. CMA Broadcast Award winners will be notified in early OCTOBER.

Also announced today (5/7), the eligibility period (SATURDAY, JULY 1st  2017 to SATURDAY, JUNE 30th, 2018) and voting schedule for "THE 52ND ANNUAL CMA AWARDS,"  which will be conducted online. The first ballot and instructions will be emailed MONDAY, JULY 2nd to CMA members in good standing who are eligible to vote. Voting for the first ballot closes at 6p (CT) on THURSDAY, JULY 12th. The second ballot will be emailed to CMA members MONDAY, AUGUST 6th. Voting for the second ballot closes at 6p (CT) on THURSDAY, AUGUST 16th. The final nominees in each of the 12 categories will be announced later this Summer.

Winners of "THE 52ND ANNUAL CMA AWARDS" will be determined in a final round of voting by eligible voting CMA members. The third and final ballot will be emailed to CMA members MONDAY, OCTOBER 1st. Voting for the CMA Awards final ballot ends at 6p (CT) on TUESDAY, OCTOBER 23rd. All balloting is officiated by the professional services firm DELOITTE AND TOUCHE LLP.
