Nominees have been unveiled for the "2018 CMT MUSIC AWARDS" slated for WEDNESDAY, JUNE 6th at 8p (ET/PT). CAPITOL NASHVILLE's LITTLE BIG TOWN, nominated for three "CMT MUSIC AWARDS" this year, will host the event. Voting begins online TODAY (5/8), and votes may be cast here for winners in each of the following categories: 2018 Video Of The Year, 2018 Male Video Of The Year, 2018 Female Video Of The Year, 2018 Duo Video Of The Year, 2018 Group Video Of The Year, 2018 Breakthrough Video Of The Year, 2018 Collaborative Video Of The Year, and 2018 CMT Performance Of The Year.
