CUMULUS MEDIA/SAN FRANCISCO has appointed DOUG HARVILL VP/Market Manager. He will oversee Sports KNBR-A, Triple A KFOG, Talk KGO-A, Classic Rock KSAN, Talk KSFO-A and Sports KTCT-A. Previously, HARVILL was SVP/Market Manager for CBS RADIO/SAN FRANCISCO.
