GAIL PAYNE's K95.5, INC. is selling Country KITX (K95.5)/HUGO, OK; K235AW/ANTLERS, OK; K286AV/PARIS, TX; and K280GD/DURANT, OK to WILLIAM H. (WILL) PAYNE, II's PAYNE MEDIA GROUP LLC for $365.000 ($1,000 down, the rest in a promissory note) plus a $50,000 covenant not to compete for seven years.  The buyer has operated the station since 1995 under a deal that had the buyer pay off the station's indebtedness and get the option to buy the station at the same price the seller paid once the debt was paid off.

In other filings with the FCC, TED TUCKER's COCHISE MEDIA LICENSES LLC is donating Silent KHSK/ALLEN, NE to the WINNEBAGO TRIBE OF NEBRASKA.

And the retiring STEVEN E. DUFFY is redeeming his 20.593081% membership interests in WESTERN SOUTH DAKOTA BROADCASTING, LLC, licensee of Country KZZI (EAGLE 95.9)/BELLE FOURCHE-RAPID CITY, SD, transferring his shares to the other members for $240,000.  DUFFY is also selling Hot AC KZLK (STAR 106.3) to NEW GENERATION BROADCASTING, LLC, owned by many of the same parties, for $497,775.  KZLK is programed by DUHAMEL BROADCASTING ENTERPRISES, associated with the buyer, under a time brokerage agreement.

In a deal yet to be filed with the FCC and reported by INDIANA RADIO WATCH, FEDERATED MEDIA's TALKING STICK COMMUNICATIONS is selling News-Talk WRSW-A-W259BJ and Classic Hits WRSW-F/WARSAW, IN, and Country WAWC (WILLIE 103.5)/SYRACUSE, IN, to KENSINGTON DIGITAL MEDIA for an undisclosed price.

Also, Notices of Unlicensed Operation have been issued to JOHN G. PIERRE (93.7 FM, BROOKLYN) and  THOMAS EUGENE BARNES and the ORCHARD MOTEL (92.3 FM, LA GRANDE, OR, from Room 8 of the motel).
