Former ENTERCOM Talk WWL-A-F/NEW ORLEANS sports host VINCE MARINELLO, who stands accused of murdering his wife on AUGUST 31, needs a new defense attorney after DONALD "CHICK" FORET resigned before the case reached the grand jury.
MARINELLO's case could go to the grand jury as soon as next week. He remains free on $250,000 bond.
