RON UNKEFER's MEMPHIS FIRST VENTURES LP is selling Classic Hits WUMY-A and W288BJ (GUESS FM)/MEMPHIS to GLOBAL MINISTRIES FOUNDATION's GMF-CHRISTIAN MEDIA I, LLC for $706,823 ($649,000 for the license, $27,823 for a tower lease credit, $30,000 for an advance payment of the JANUARY tower lease payment).

In a deal yet to appear in the FCC database, the GRAND JUNCTION DAILY SENTINEL reports that its parent company GRAND JUNCTION MEDIA INC. is buying Classic Hits KGJX (REDROCK 101.5)/FRUITA, CO along with translators Spanish Adult Hits K284AP (JUAN 104.7), Hot AC K232FB (KISS 94.3), and Country K297BR (CANYON COUNTRY 107.3)/GRAND JUNCTION, CO from REDROCK RADIO GROUP LLC for an undisclosed price.
