RON UNKEFER's MEMPHIS FIRST VENTURES LP is selling Classic Hits WUMY-A and W288BJ (GUESS FM)/MEMPHIS to GLOBAL MINISTRIES FOUNDATION's GMF-CHRISTIAN MEDIA I, LLC for $706,823 ($649,000 for the license, $27,823 for a tower lease credit, $30,000 for an advance payment of the JANUARY tower lease payment).

In other filings with the FCC, the price by which FEDERATED MEDIA's TALKING STICK COMMUNICATIONS, LLC is selling News-Talk WRSW-A-W259BJ and Classic Hits WRSW-F/WARSAW, IN, and Country WAWC (WILLIE 103.5)/SYRACUSE, IN, to KENSINGTON DIGITAL MEDIA OF INDIANA, L.L.C., undisclosed when the sale was announced last week, is $2.4 million ($1.9 million cash based on $125,000 buyer cash and the rest in bank financing, two promissory notes in the respective amounts of $375,000 and $125,000), according to the contract filed with the FCC.

DOUGLAS P. BENNETT is selling KDVQ/BATESVILLE, TX to CARLOS LOPEZ for $10,000.

TORRES MEDIA GROUP is selling the construction permit for a new FM in SANDERSON, TX to JENNIFER JUAREZ for $10,000.

INGSTAD RADIO WASHINGTON, LLC is selling K273DK/SELAH, WA to STEPHENS MEDIA GROUP's SMG YAKIMA, LLC as part of the previously-filed 14 station, $10.725 million deal.  The translator will rebroadcast Spanish Sports KTCR-A (ESPN DEPORTES RADIO)/YAKIMA.

In an insolvency proceeding under FLORIDA state law, CHOICE RADIO KEYS CORPORATION, licensee of News-Talk WFFG-A and Classic Hits WGMX (MIX 94.3)/MARATHON, FL, Classic Hits WKEZ-F (MIX 96.9)/TAVERNIER, FL, and Classic Hits WKEY-F (MIX 93.7)/KEY WEST, FL, are being assigned to PHILIP VON KAHLE on behalf of the stations' creditors.  The proceeding is similar to the federal Chapter 7 bankruptcy.

Applying for STAs were CUMULUS LICENSING LLC (KPUR-A/AMARILLO, reduced power due to transmitter failure) and FOSTER CHARITABLE FOUNDATION, INC. (KYXX/OZONA, TX, operation from alternative sire after losing access to its licensed tower).

BELIEVERS INTERNATIONAL BROADCASTING has closed on the sale of noncommercial Religion KVJS/ARROYO, TX to VISION HISPANA INCORPORATED INTERNACIONAL for $37,500.

And JUAN CARLOS MATOS BARRETO's WESTERN NEW LIFE, INC. has closed on the swap of Contemporary Christian WNVE (NUEVA VIDA FM)/CEIBA, PR to CAGUAS EDUCATIONAL TV for Contemporary Christian WQML (PURA PALABRA RADIO)/CULEBRA, PR and $1.2 million.

In a deal yet to appear in the FCC database, the GRAND JUNCTION DAILY SENTINEL reports that its parent company GRAND JUNCTION MEDIA INC. is buying Classic Hits KGJX (REDROCK 101.5)/FRUITA, CO along with translators Spanish Adult Hits K284AP (JUAN 104.7), Hot AC K232FB (KISS 94.3), and Country K297BR (CANYON COUNTRY 107.3)/GRAND JUNCTION, CO from REDROCK RADIO GROUP LLC for an undisclosed price.
