  SANTA MONICA COLLEGE Triple A-News-Talk KCRW/SANTA MONICA-LOS ANGELES has added another podcast to its roster, "WELCOME TO LA."
  The show, produced and hosted by DAVID WEINBERG, himself a new arrival in LOS ANGELES looks at the stories of people who came to the city and live on the margins, trying to make their mark. The first two episodes, available TODAY (5/22), include WEINBERG's arrival in town, a disastrous birthday party for a Russian theremin maker on a yacht, and an actor who spent time in prison and then returned to L.A.
