ALL ACCESS has confirmed that ENTERCOM/HARTFORD Market Manager PHIL ZACHARY will take over the SVP/Market Manager post in WASHINGTON D.C., succeeding STEVE SWENSON, who is no longer with the company. ZACHARY will continue his duties as HARTFORD Market Manager in the interim until a permanent replacement is named.

The ENTERCOM/ENTERCOM includes Top 40/Rhythmic WPGC, Hot AC WIAD, Talk WDCH, Sports WJFK-F, Spanish WJFK-A, Tropical WLZL.
