CHRISTOPHER P. LOBDELL is selling his 25% voting interest/23% equity interest in OCONEE RIVER BROADCASTING, LLC, licensee of Classic Hits WYZI-A and W262DB (100.3 WLOV)/ROYSTON, GA, to KRISTOPHER R. KENDRICK for $24,000.  KENDRICK will hold 52% voting interest and 34% equity interest in the company once the deal is closed.
