GOW MEDIA's Sports stations in HOUSTON, KFNC (ESPN 97.5) and KFNC-HD2-K231CN (SPORTSMAP 94.1) are shuffling their lineups and simulcasting three shows beginning TODAY (6/11), reports the HOUSTON CHRONICLE's DAVID BARRON.
JOHN GRANATO and LANCE ZIERLEIN's "THE BENCH" (7-9a (CT), formerly just on KFNC), CHARLIE PALILLO (11a-1p, formerly solely aired on SPORTSMAP 94.1), and FRED FAOUR and A.J. HOFFMAN (4-7p, from KFNC) will be heard on both stations. The existing 9-11a simulcast of GRANATO, RAHEEL RAMZANALI, and DEL OLALEYE remains in place; PALILLO replaces RAMZANALI and OLALEYE's 11a-1p show on KFNC, and BARRY WARNER's morning hour in SPORTSMAP gives way to the GRANATO-ZIERLEIN simulcast. JOEL BLANK and BARRY LAMINACK's "THE USUAL SUSPECTS" stays on for 1-4p on KFNC, while SPORTSMAP 94.1 will continue to air ESPN RADIO's TREY WINGO and MIKE GOLIC 9-11a and STEPHEN A. SMITH 1-3- and SEAN SALISBURY's local 3-4p hour.
