'Mobshot' Podcast/Audiobook Pitched For TV Series

The 2017 20-episode podcast and audiobook "MOBSHOT: MY LIFE IN THE MAFIA" is being proposed for a TV series, reports DEADLINE, and the show has a familiar radio name behind it.

ENTERCOM Classic Hits KRTH (K-EARTH 101)/LOS ANGELES morning man GARY BRYAN is Executive Producer on the project, based on the story of reformed mobster VINCE CIACCI, who hosts the podcast.  The pilot for the TV version was written by Emmy-winning writer JOHN MURPHY (CBS' "THE HENRY FORD'S INNOVATION NATION"), who is also serving as an Executive Producer for the series.  The podcast is produced by BRYAN's RADIO GENIUS production company.
