Changes At Chicago's Progressive Talker

NEWSWEB Talk WCPT-A/CHICAGO shuffles its lineup in anticipation of changes to come at AIR AMERICA RADIO, dropping AAR/CLEAR CHANNEL's syndicated JERRY SPRINGER and adding JONES' STEPHANIE MILLER and taking ED SCHULTZ in his new live 11a-2p CT slot. 

The CHICAGO SUN-TIMES' ROBERT FEDER reports that the new lineup includes JONES' BILL PRESS from sign-on to 8a, MILLER (replacing SPRINGER) from 8-11a, SCHULTZ from 11a-2p, AL FRANKEN on tape delay from 2-5p, and AAR's RANDI RHODES taped from 5p-signoff.
