MAGIC BROADCASTING ALABAMA LICENSING LLC is selling Gospel WQLS-/DOTHAN, AL to HORIZON BROADCASTING COMPANY for $125,000 cash plus an LMA before closing.
The buyer owns no other stations in the market and is in the process of incorporating. The seller owns five other stations in ALABAMA and GEORGIA and is commonly owned with the owners of a five-station PANAMA CITY, FL cluster and KDAY/REDONDO BEACH-LOS ANGELES and KDAI/ONTARIO-RIVERSIDE, CA.
