Congrats to FLORIDA-based Dir./Programming CHRIS KELLY, and his fiancée LAURA MATHER, the U.K.-based EUROPEAN Production Manager, who welcomed CALLIE ELIZABETH to the world. She was born at 6:58a (BST) in LIVERPOOL.
