Tina Smash Will Rock Reno In The Morning

LOTUS RADIO Classic Rock KOZZ/RENO has hired TINA SMASH for mornings, taking over for OM/PD JAVE PATTERSON who will be returning to afternoons on sister station Active Rock KDOT(Rock 104.5)/RENO in AUGUST.

SMASH, a 17 year radio vet, left her position as PD/Mornings for DICK BROADCASTING’S Active Rock WXQR(Rock 105.5)/GREENVILLE, N.C in JANUARY of this year. She's held positions as Program Director and solo Morning Show host for Top 40, Active Rock and Classic Rock formats. 

PATTERSON told ALL ACCESS, "TINA is fun, spunky, quirky and far smarter than I.  She'll be a welcomed addition to our already talented team!"

SMASH will team with PATTERSON in mornings for a couple weeks in mid JULY, before starting her solo run at KOZZ on FRIDAY, JULY 27th. PATTERSON will take over afternoons on KDOT beginning MONDAY, AUGUST 6th.
