The COUNTRY MUSIC ASSOCIATION (CMA) has added MICHAEL FARRIS as Sr. Mgr./Consumer Research and PAMELA HOTHORN as Creative Content Project Mgr./Creative Services.
FARRIS will work on music industry and fan engagement insights, managing and reporting fan data analytics, and research communications and will report to CMA Sr. Dir./Market Research KAREN STUMP. HOTHORN's responsibilities include video content production, photo management, and data asset administration; She will report to CMA Dir./Creative Services AMANDA ECKARD.
