KCRW/Los Angeles Returns As Radio Partner Of The Latin Alternative Music Conference

This summer, the LATIN ALTERNATIVE MUSIC CONFERENCE (LAMC) is celebrating its 19th year, showcasing the best in Latin music from across the globe over five days (JULY 10th-14th) in NEW YORK.  SANTA MONICA COLLEGE public station KCRW/LOS ANGELES will again be the official radio partner and will feature special programming while the event is underway.

Further, KCRW DJ RAUL CAMPOS will serve as the official LAMC host for the 13th year and will broadcast highlights from the festival on his on-air show July 15th and 16th.

Campos will also MC major LAMC events including CELEBRATE BROOKLYN! at PROSPECT PARK, the LAMC CENTRAL PARK SUMMERSTAGE, and the station’s own THURSDAY NIGHT showcase.

In LOS ANGELES, KCRW will spotlight new music by offering free daily song downloads of LAMC artists from JULY 9th-12th.
