Live Nation Entertainment Acquires Majority Stake In Alabama-Based Red Mountain Entertainment

LIVE NATION ENTERTAINMENT has acquired a majority stake in BIRMINGHAM-based concert promoter RED MOUNTAIN ENTERTAINMENT for an undisclosed price.  RED MOUNTAIN promotes shows in the SOUTHEAST and co-owns the SLOSS MUSIC & ARTS FESTIVAL and books the BEALE STREET MUSIC FESTIVAL in MEMPHIS and the WILDFLOWER! ARTS & MUSIC FESTIVAL in RICHARDSON, TX as well as craft beer festivals; the company also owns the OAK MOUNTAIN STATE FAIR in PELHAM, AL.
