CHARLES NELSON sells Oldies KLTB (OLDIES 92.1)/PILOT ROCK, OR to JEFFREY A. BRUTON's BRUTON BROADCASTING LLC for assumption of liabilities and payment of filing and application prep fees. The deal, which is based on an oral agreement, also includes an existing LMA for the station, which signed on in JULY.
