Lodi CA LPFM Asks FCC For OK To Add New Board Members

CAROLYN MEEKS sells 25% shares each of LODI CHRISTIAN RADIO, owner of low-power Religion FM KSTG-LP/LODI, CA to DONA D. WANT, DAVID MARSON, and JANIS EFFENBERG for no consideration. The deal needs a waiver of the Commission's LPFM no-sale rule and is being proposed because the licensee has applied for tax-exempt status and requires at least three unrelated independent board members.
