Control of HOUR GROUP BROADCASTING, INC., licensee of News-Talk WLTG-A and W269DR/PANAMA CITY, FL is being sold by the estate of BILL CORBIN (SANDRA CORBIN, executor) (25%), GLENDA BAXLEY (5%), BRENDA GIBBS (5%), BARBARA GILBERTSON (5%). WANDA HUNT (5%), and ELOISE TODD (5%) to CLARENCE J. GAY and A.D.
