KYSR (ALT 98.7)/Los Angeles Hires Tamo Sein For Middays

iHEARTMEDIA Alternative KYSR (ALT 98.7)/LOS ANGELES announces TAMO SEIN will be joining the station for middays, 10-3p, effective MONDAY, JULY 16th.

TAMO moves from APD/MD/middays AT iHEARTMEDIA Alternative WEND (106.5 THE END)/CHARLOTTE.  She will continue to do middays on THE END.

“We believe the ALT 98.7 audience will immediately take to TAMO’s relatable and down to earth approach,” said LISA WORDEN, Alternative Rock Brand Manager & Program Director for ALT 98.7.  “Plus, she loves Alternative music and is a food and wine enthusiast!  She’ll fit right in with L.A.”

TAMO SEIN added, “In the words of my family & friends, ‘We totally thought you were pregnant, but OH MY GOD THIS MAY BE EVEN MORE EXCITING NEWS!’ I’m so grateful for the opportunity to call some of the most talented people in the industry my co-workers. I don’t know if it will ever truly feel real. 

TAMO replaces MARTY WHITNEY (aka MARTY IN YOUR EAR) at ALT 98.7.  MARTY continues his duties at iHEARTMEDIA Active Rock KIOZ (ROCK 105.3).
