iHEARTMEDIA News-Talk WSYR-A-F/SYRACUSE morning host MARK WAINWRIGHT, who recently came back on-air after a battle with throat cancer (NET NEWS, 3/19), announced that he will has done his last morning show for the station. He started at WSYR in MARCH of 2013.

"It's certainly possible that I will return from time to time as a guest host or substitute," he wrote in his farewell on the station website, "I hope to maintain a good professional relationship with iHEARTMEDIA, and I would not hesitate to work with the company again if the right situation came along."
