Tucson Combo Sold Separately: EMF Buys FM, Bustos Buys AM

GOOD NEWS RADIO BROADCASTING, INC. is selling Contemporary Christian KLTU (K-LOVE)/MAMMOTH-TUCSON, AZ to EDUCATIONAL MEDIA FOUNDATION for $3 million under a $100,000 option agreement agreed upon in FEBRUARY.  GOOD NEWS is also selling News-Talk KVOI-A (THE VOICE)/CORTARO-TUCSON to BUSTOS MEDIA HOLDINGS, LLC for $500,000.

In another TUCSON deal, the price by which GOOD MUSIC, INC. is selling Religion KGMS-A/TUCSON to TUCSON CHRISTIAN RADIO, INC. is $350,000.  The price was not disclosed when the deal was initially announced.

In other filings with the FCC, minority shareholder MARTIN MUTTI is buying out majority shareholder WILLIAM DOCKING's interest in COWLEY COUNTY BROADCASTING, INC., licensee of Classic Country KSOK-A and K277CK/ARKANSAS CITY, KS and Country KSOK-F/WINFIELD, KS, for $75,000 plus forgiveness of $35,000 debt.

HOPE CHRISTIAN CHURCH OF MARLTON, INC. is selling W254DD/EPHRATA, PA to CALVARY CHAPEL BIBLE BROADCASTING for $1.  The primary station will be low power WLEB-LP/LEBANON, PA.

ALL CLASSICAL PUBLIC MEDIA, INC. has applied for an STA to operate Classical KQHR/THE DALLES, OR with reduced power due to water incursion damage below the top bay of the station's antenna.

DOWDY & DOWDY PARTNERSHIP has requested an STA to operate Adult Standards WROA-A/GULFPORT, MS with reduced power due to storm damage.

KIRKLAND WIRELESS BROADCASTERS, INC. has closed on the sale of Silent WVLZ-A/KNOXVILLE, TN to JOHN W. PIRKLE's OAK RIDGE FM, INC. for $30,000.

And CHIGNIK RADIO ASSOCIATION, INC. has closed on the sale of  K232FQ/TOGIAK, AK to VOICE FOR CHRIST MINISTRIES, INC. for $1.  The primary station is Religion KYKD/BETHEL, AK.

In a deal yet to appear in the FCC database, SALEM MEDIA GROUP is selling Religion KCRO-A-K293CJ (660 AM/106.5 FM THE WORD) and News-Talk KOTK-A-K233CO (FM 94.5/AM 1420 THE ANSWER)/OMAHA to WALNUT RADIO affiliate HICKORY RADIO for an undisclosed price.
