XM SATELLITE RADIO hires JERRY RUBINO as MD of AAA THE LOFT/XM 50 and host of new music show "IN SPITE OF ALL THE DANGER," which debuts this FRIDAY (12/8) at 5p (ET) and will repeat four times throughout the week. RUBINO will also host two different weekday shifts -- noon-6p (ET) and mid-6a (ET). RUBINO was most recently an AE at CMJ. RUBINO previously launched ALT NATION, LEFT OF CENTER, and FIRST WAVE at rival SIRIUS SATELLITE RADIO.
