MEGA COMMUNICATIONS is selling Spanish Tropical WEMG-A (MEGA 1310)/CAMDEN-PHILADELPHIA to DAVIDSON MEDIA for $8.75 million. MEGA previously sold WURD-A in the market to LEVAS COMMUNICATIONS in 2003; the new acquisition is DAVIDSON's 22nd overall and first in PHILADELPHIA.
