117 ENTERTAINMENT GROUP has upped HEATHER TROTTER to Dir./Publicity and MAX DACOSTA to Management Associate. The company has also added LAUREN MANDERBACH as Dir./Digital Marketing and ALLEN HODGE as Coord./Tour.
