RADIO ONE/CHARLOTTE has promoted DEBBIE KWEI-COOK from Integrated Marketing Specialist to Local Sales Manager.   

VP/GM DOUG JAMES said, “DEBBIE has a long history of success in the CHARLOTTE market and with RADIO ONE.  She has been a top performer in our company, most recently winning the PRESIDENTS CLUB AWARD the past two years as the top sales person and she has extensive management experience.  I am thrilled to be able to have DEBBIE bring her knowledge, passion and leadership to our management team.”
