New York's Cable News Channel NY1 Debuts Its First Podcast, 'Off Topic On Politics'

Local NEW YORK CITY cable news channel SPECTRUM NEWS NY1 is getting into podcasting with its first entry being "OFF TOPIC ON POLITICS: THE NY1 POLITICAL PODCAST," debuting TODAY (8/3). The new show is hosted by City Hall and political reporter GRACE RAUH and will feature Statehouse Reporter ZACH FINK and NOTICIAS NY1 "PURA POLITICA" host JUAN MANUEL BENITEZ as regular contributors. NY1 plans to add two more podcasts in the FALL, both hosted by NY1 personalities with radio experience, "MORNINGS ON 1" anchor and former CUMULUS News-Talk WABC-A/NEW YORK host PAT KIERNAN and former ACCESS.1 News-Talk WWRL-A/NEW YORK morning host and current NY1 "INSIDE CITY HALL" host ERROL LOUIS.
