His Radio's Rob Dempsey Comes In First

Christian AC WLFJ (HIS RADIO 89.3)/GREENVILLE, SC PD/morning show host ROB DEMPSEY continues his journey to health. Recently he competed in his first 5K race and came in first place in his age division. His time was 20:12 in the 3.1 mile race.

Only two years ago, DEMPSEY was 308 pounds. He picked up endurance sports and has completed one half marathon, two full marathons, two 8K races and a triathlon. He plans another half marathon in JANUARY and a full marathon in ATLANTA on his 40th birthday weekend in 2007.
