BUSINESS SERVICES MANAGEMENT is selling Country KOTE/EUREKA, KS to STEPHEN J. BROWN, JR. for $125,000 ($80,000 for the license and assets, $45,000 for real property).  The buyer is programming the station under a time brokerage agreement.

In other filings with the FCC, CUMULUS LICENSING LLC has requested an STA to operate W255CJ/ATLANTA with modified facilities after being ordered to take the station off the air in APRIL due to interference issues.

AQUILA BROADCASTING CORP. has filed for a Silent STA for low power WAPP-LP/WESTHAMPTON, NY due to the need to replace a defective computer and software.

SUN BROADCASTING, INC. has closed on the sale of Sports WXKO-A (ESPN MIDDLE GEORGIA)/FORT VALLEY, GA and W290BD/MONTEZUMA, GA to JOHN TIMMS and CHRISTOPHER L. MURRAY's WXKO LLC for $55,000.  The buyer has been programming the stations under a time brokerage agreement since 2015.

TODD BARTLEY's COLONIAL RADIO GROUP OF WILLIAMSPORT, LLC has closed on the sale of Adult Standards WWGE-A/LORETTO, PA and W295DD/NANTY GLO, PA to MATTHEW W. LIGHTNER's LIGHTNER COMMUNICATIONS, LLC for $50,000.

And JVC MEDIA OF SOUTH FLA, LLC has closed on the sale of Gospel WSWN-A (SUGAR 900)/BELLE GLADE, FL to SYLNA LEGER-BRAZILE's SUGAR BROADCASTING, INC. for $125,000.
