KSE RADIO Sports KKSE-A (ALTITUDE AM 950)/DENVER has named NRG MEDIA/OMAHA OM DAVE TEPPER as PD, effective WEDNESDAY (8/15).  TEPPER's experience includes stints at KFNC (ESPN 97.5 THE TICKET) and KBME-A (SPORTS TALK 790)/HOUSTON.
