RIAA Distributes Gold And Platinum Honors For July

The RECORDING INDUSTRY ASSOCIATION OF AMERICA (RIAA) has revealed GOLD and PLATINUM honors for the month of JULY, with BLUE CHAIR/WARNER BROS./WEA's KENNY CHESNEY earning PLATINUM and GOLD Album honors for his "Live In No Shoes Nation" project. RIVER HOUSE/COLUMBIA NASHVILLE's LUKE COMBS also earned PLATINUM Album honors with his debut album, "This One's For You." BIG MACHINE RECORDS' TAYLOR SWIFT also earned multiple RIAA honors, including 7x PLATINUM Album honors with her "Red" album; PLATINUM Single honors for "Forever & Always;" and GOLD Single honors for "The Way I Loved You" and "The Best Day."
Receiving PLATINUM Single honors are JASON ALDEAN for "You Make It Easy;" JORDAN DAVIS for his debut single, "Singles You Up;" and MORGAN WALLEN for "Up Down," featuring FLORIDA GEORGIA LINE. WARNER BROS./WMN's BLAKE SHELTON was honored with GOLD Single status for his #1 hit, "I'll Name The Dogs." View the entire list of JULY honorees here.
