As ALL ACCESS first reported yesterday (NET NEWS 8/13), GREAT PLAINS MEDIA Country WIBL (107.7 THE BULL)/BLOOMINGTON, IL has officially named CHRIS MICHAELS as PD/on-air, effective immediately. MICHAELS joins from ALPHA MEDIA Country WXCL (104.9 THE WOLF)/PEORIA, IL and succeeds JOSH ROBERTS at WIBL.

"This is a great day as we move forward at 107.7 and 02-1 THE BULL," said GREAT PLAINS MEDIA/BLOOMINGTON, IL Market Mgr. MEGAN ZIMMER.
