DELMARVA EDUCATIONAL ASSOCIATION is selling Contemporary Christian WCRJ/JACKSONVILLE, FL to RADIO TRAINING NETWORK, INC. for $2.25 million plus an LMA before closing.  The station switched from EMF's AIR1 programming to the buyer's THE JOY FM format on AUGUST 1st with the LMA taking effect.

In other filings with the FCC, POWERS BROADCASTING COMPANY, LLC is selling News-Talk WFEB-A and W265DV/SYLACAUGA, AL to LAKE BROADCASTING, INC. for $150,000 plus a Time Brokerage Agreement before closing.

RFENGINEERS.COM, INC, is selling W261BA/OCALA, FL to JVC MEDIA OF FLORIDA, LLC for $150,000.  The station will rebroadcast Country WXUS (US 102.3)/DUNNELLON, FL.

CINCINNATI PUBLIC RADIO, INC. has applied for STAs to operate Classical WGUC and News-Talk WVXU/CINCINNATI from a temporary location while repack work is done on licensed tower for crosstown CBS affiliate WKRC-TV (CBS 12) and ABC affiliate WCPO-TV plus two low power stations.

Requesting extensions of Silent STAs were CORE COMMUNICATORS NORTH LLC (WIPK/CALHOUN, GA, issues with transmission equipment); MIFFLINVILLE COMMUNITY BROADCASTING, INC. (WRHB-LP/MIFFLINVILLE, PA, delay in move due to state historical preservation office requiring more information); and DEPORTES Y MUSICA COMUNICACIONES LLC (KRPH/MORRISTOWN, AZ, building shelter and adding new equipment).

And VIC MICHAEL's MOUNTAIN COMMUNITY TRANSLATORS, LLC has closed on the sale of K300CZ/LANCASTER, CA to IMMACULATE HEART MEDIA, INC. for $30,000.  The buyer plans to rebroadcast Religion daytimer KJPG-A/FRAZIER PARK, CA on the translator.

Also, IGLESIA PENTECOSTAL VISPERA DEL FIN's license for KEJI/DARRINGTON, WA; BIRTHRIGHT OF HATTIESBURG, INC.'s license for WOJY-LP/HATTIESBURG, MS; FCR BROADCASTING, INC.'s licenses for W294BA/VALPARAISO, IN, W299AJ/MARION, IN, W242BM/KOKOMO, IN, and W266AE/COLDWATER, MI; ADVANCE MINISTRIES, INC. d/b/a NEW LIFE CHRISTIAN SCHOOL's license for K291CC/VISALIA, CA; and FIRST VENTURES CAPITAL PARTNERS, INC.'s license for K277AP/MORTON, TX have been cancelled by the Commission for failure to respond to a Section 312(g) letter regarding the stations' being off the air for longer than a 12-month period without authorization.
