Nielsen CFO Jamere Jackson Exits To Join Hertz

NIELSEN HOLDINGS CFO JAMERE JACKSON is exiting the company to join HERTZ GLOBAL HOLDINGS INC. as CFO, effective SEPTEMBER 10th.
JACKSON, who joined NIELSEN in MARCH 2014 after 10 years at GE, replaces THOMAS KENNEDY, who HERTZ said resigned to "pursue the next chapter of his career." HERTZ SVP/Chief Accounting Officer ROBIN KRAMER will serve as Acting CFO until JACKSON's arrival.
HERTZ President/CEO KATHRYN V. MARINELLO said, "We are delighted to have JAMERE join our team. He is a strategic, results-oriented financial leader with a proven track record of operational excellence, Additionally, his collaborative leadership style coupled with an extensive and varied background, including in the consumer products and services arena, will serve HERTZ well as we execute our growth strategy in a dynamic environment."
