Q101â??s Electra To Host 29-Hour On-Air Charity Marathon

Beginning THURSDAY, DECEMBER 7 at 10a, EMMIS Alternative WKQX (Q101)/CHICAGO middayer ELECTRA will host her popular daily one-hour request feature, "THE LAST LETTER GAME," for 29 straight hours for donations to benefit the CHICAGO CHAPTER OF READING IS FUNDAMENTAL, a non-profit organization that distributes over 100,000 books to inner-city children through a network of 50 public schools.

ELECTRA will be playing non-stop listener requests that begin with the last letter from the previous song’s title until FRIDAY, DECEMBER 8 at 3p.

"I'm really excited to tackle 29 straight hours of the 'LAST LETTER GAME' to benefit R.I.F. in CHICAGO," said ELECTRA. "Music and books are my two biggest passions, so I can't wait to combine those two loves for a worthy cause."
