Xtreme Changes Coming To KXTE

CBS RADIO Alternative KXTE (X107.5, XTREME ROCK RADIO)/LAS VEGAS MD/middayer CARLY BROWN will be shifting over to Hot AC sister KMXB (MIX 94.1) for middays. HOLMES POSER (aka HOMIE) is upped to MD for the station as well as X2, its HD2 channel. HOMIE has been with KXTE for the past six years hosting his provocative SUNDAY night new music show, "IT HURTS WHEN I PEE."
Also on JANUARY 2, KXTE will debut a new lineup featuring more prominent roles for station veterans. Overnighter PAULY KOVER will fill the midday slot (1-3p). JASON "MAHONEY" GENTRY is named overnighter.
The new KXTE lineup:
5-10a - ADAM CAROLLA
10-1p - OPIE AND ANTHONY
1-3p - PAULY
3-7p - XTREME DISORDER
7-mid - HAMBONE
Mid-5a - MAHONEYIn related station news, KXTE has revealed two new station voices. National voice/imaging talent STEVE STONE will be the new male voice and CHRISTINE FUNG the first-ever female voice for the station. FUNG can be heard doing voice work on sister Alternative KROQ/LOS ANGELES.
