The inaugural two-day INCUYA MUSIC FESTIVAL, held in downtown CLEVELAND last weekend (8/25-8/26), attracted over 15,000 fans, who saw 25 artists perform on two stages.
The lineup included NEW ORDER, SZA, THE AVETT BROTHERS, AWOLNATION, THE REVIVALISTS and more. Several local favorites from the NEO region, such as EZRI, THE MODERN ELECTRIC, SEAFAIR, THE JACK FORDS, THE TROPIDELICS and CALL YOUR SHOT, also performed.
"This being our first year, we are very appreciative of the guests who believed in our vision, the artists who gave their all and the collective working force that contributed to a beautiful weekend in CLEVELAND," THE CLEVELAND CONCERT CO. Chairpeson SUNNY NIXON said. "Seeing the fans embrace everything the Malls and surrounding spaces offered demonstrates the potential for INCUYA to be a summer tradition in which our NORTH COAST takes great pride."
“Our sincerest thanks to the artists, our partners and all of the wonderful music fans who came out to show that CLEVELAND truly does deserve its own premiere festival!" said JOE LITVAG, Exec. Producer of INCUYA for AEG PRESENTS. "INCUYA proved that the community support does exist, and that demand is high for an event like this in the middle of such a vibrant city. We’re already thinking about how we can raise the bar in 2019.”
