CLEAR CHANNEL has signed a 15-year lease to move its NEW YORK cluster into new TRIBECA digs at 32 Avenue of the Americas next year, according to the NEW YORK OBSERVER. The 121,000-square-foot space is on the first four floors of the building.
The company's stations -- Top 40 WHTZ (Z100), Rhythmic AC WKTU, Urban WWPR (POWER 105), AC WLTW (LITE FM), and Classic Rock WAXQ (Q104.3) -- presently broadcast from three MANHATTAN locations and JERSEY CITY.
