CANAAN COMMUNICATIONS INC. is selling Religion WQSE-A/WHITE BLUFF, TN (west of NASHVILLE) to GRACE BROADCASTING SERVICES INC. for $165,000 in a promissory note. GRACE holds seven other radio licenses in TENNESSEE and owns 50% of WTRB-A/RIPLEY, TN, and several GRACE stockholders have ownership interests in COMMUNITY BROADCASTING SERVICES INC., owner of WRJB and WFWL-A/CAMDEN, TN.
