Thanking his legal team and co-workers before moving on to talk about the NEW YORK GIANTS' loss, ENTERCOM Sports WFAN-A-F/NEW YORK midday co-host JOE BENIGNO returned to the air TODAY (9/10) from his suspension. 

The NEW YORK POST first reported that BENIGNO, co-host of the midday show with EVAN ROBERTS, would be back TODAY; BENIGNO has been off the air under suspension since JULY after being named in a sexual harassment lawsuit by a former co-worker who alleged that BENIGNO pressured her into having a threesome and showed her nude pictures of his wife and prostitutes and that the station had a locker-room-style work culture. WFAN has denied the allegations.
