Former BINNIE MEDIA Country WTHT/PORTLAND, ME PD JC COFFEY is the new OM for COMMUNITY BROADCASTERS' five-station ELMIRA-CORNING, NY cluster, effective today (9/12). COFFEY left WTHT in JULY after a year (NET NEWS 7/24); he previously served as TOWNSQUARE MEDIA/NEW HAMPSHIRE OM/Brand Mgr. and held programming duties for Country outlets WOKQ/PORTSMOUTH, NH and WPKQ/PORTLAND, ME.

In addition to oversight for the entire ELMIRA group, which includes  Country WPGI, Classic Country WRCE-A, Top 40 WNKI, Rock  WNGZ, and News/Talk WWLZ-A, COFFEY will handle PD/morning chores on WPGI.
